We contracted iFULL Enterprises in fall of 1999 to
redesign and expand our centralwelding.com
website and to assemble an e-commerce site welders-direct.com
to market some selected products nationally. From the very beginning
Debra Malmos and her staff responded quickly and professionally to
any requests, changes, or problems while site design work was
in-progress. They completed the project well ahead of schedule and
created a very functional and attractive website - One that only
enhanced our image to our local Pacific Northwest customer base.
The e-commerce site has grown rapidly since the
original went live in December of 1999. Our national sales through
welders-direct.com grew from $0 to $15,000 in the first month, to
$30,000 per month within 6 months, to $50,000 per month after the
first year. We now average just short of $100,000 per month in
equipment and supply sales with sales still pushing upward every
month. Throughout the ramp-up the iFULL staff has been integral in
the continued growth through constant marketing and maintenance of
the site.
